All worked nice!!!

This time all worked nice. We began with a warm-up called “snowball rain.” It was very nice because all the students enjoyed it so much. After, we started the class by reading some numbers from the text book and from the board. Then, we did an activity in which they had to ask for their ages. It was very funny. Later on, we did a listening activity. For this activity, I couldn´t bring the Cd. So, I did the role of the tape recorder; I read the audio script. It was a nice experience. After, I asked the students to make three groups of six. When the groups were ready, I gave to each of them a masking tape, a marker, a bunch of printed numbers and a long-sheet of bond paper. First, the groups had to paste the bond paper on the wall; second, they had to paste each number on the paper and third, they had to write the number. I really liked this activity because all of the students participated and were very enthusiastic. Another activity that I liked so much was a survey. I gave to the students a sheet of paper in which they had to interview three of their classmates in order to get the request information. While the activity was developing, I could notice that this group had a nice learning spirit. I really liked this class and this group. In the other hand, there was a moment in which some of the students were talking. Well, that´s all from this group.

Things that I learned:

-If I am going to use extra material for the class, I must to look for all the things that are involved (like the Cd recorder).

-If I am helping a student, I don´t have to lose the control of the rest of the class.

Well, I know that each experience will help me to do a better job...
